The R28 Fitness Plan: At Home! With Limited Space! In Less than 30 minutes! EASY!
My R28 Real Fitness Plan is designed for real people with real lives. Everything in the plan can be done without the need for a gym membership and lots of equipment.
Training in a gym takes much more time than training at home. There’s travelling time, changing, moving around the building, waiting for equipment to become free. A half hour session can take two hours or more when all the extra time is factored in – this is why I’ve kept things simple.
The NHS recommends that, as minimum, adults should do 150 minutes of moderate-intensity activity every week to stay healthy – that’s 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week. And that’s what my R28 Real Fitness Plan gives you. Five 30 minute workouts each week, that you can fit in whenever you like, around your lifestyle. You can even do it whilst watching Corrie or Eastenders!
Even better, my R28 Real Fitness Plan is progressive, which means that as you get fitter, the difficulty increases. It starts off at a comfortable pace and gradually introduced new exercises and methodologies that are designed to help your mind and body gradually adapt to a new lifestyle of regular exercise. When combined ith the R28 Real Nutrition Plan, it’s a recipe for a healthy body and mind that looks AMAZING! Whether your goal is to lose weight, tone up or have more positive energy for yourself, your friends and your family, if you follow the R28 Real Plan, you’ll get REAL results! Here’s how it works:

R28 Fitness Plan: Built Through Experience
I know what it takes to get fit! I’ve done it myself and I’ve trained hundreds of people, online, in groups and one-to-one. Here’s what some of my clients have said:
“Danny has helped me to believe in my abilities and has really pushed me beyond anything I thought possible. I cannot recommend him enough”. (Jennie)
“This is without a shadow of doubt the best decision we have ever made! Danny has helped us to look at losing weight differently. Danny has help us to understand how the body works and how getting fitter with just a few hours a week can make a massive improvement to our lives”. (Phil & Sarah)
“I’d recommend you to anyone Dan! I’d like to say thank you so many people out there are fake and you take the time to give people things to read so they understand your programme and nutrition and you always get back to them. I’ve just had spicy chicken with steamed veg water cress spinach avocado and a drizzle of olive oil and it’s tastes amazing thanks again very BIG shout out to you!” (Matthew)
“Training with Danny has been the best investment in myself. In only 6 sessions I can see and feel the massive difference. Thanks to Danny pushing me to new levels and motivating me to reach my goals…..my only regret is why it took me so long to start” (Aslam)
Here are some of our wonderful successes.
I know what it takes to make the changes you want to make because I’ve done it myself. Here’s what I looked like at age 22 – A naturally skinny kid.
And here’s me at age 27, just five years later – Overweight from lack of exercise and a diet of Caffrey’s, pies and cigarettes.
But then I turned it round. Here’s me at age 29, only 20 months later, starting to make some good progress – albeit in need of a haircut…what can I say…blame David Beckham!
And here’s me in 2015. Fitness is now a huge part of my life.
