A: This a kick start to a healthy lifestyle. This is not “lose 2 stones then put it all back on again”. If you follow the meal plan and training programme then you’ll make excellent progress. The pictures on this page are NOT 28 days worth of progress, but they ARE clients who have used the training and nutrition principles in this plan to make sustainable life-changing progress!

Q: What happens at the end of the programme?
A: You can choose to sign up for one of our other challenges or simply use what you’ve learned to continue your training independently.
