About The Real Fitness Coach
I created The Real Fitness Coach because I believe in realistic fitness & nutrition for people with REAL lives.
I am a Personal Trainer but my background is as a Lecturer, specialising in Personal Development & Motivation so I know what it takes to help people to change their lives. I did it myself – in fact I’m the original poacher turned gamekeeper. I used to be overweight, unfit and unhealthy and I changed it all with a lifestyle-focused approach to fitness and nutrition and now I help people all over the world to do the same with my R28 Fitness and R28 Nutrition plans.
I have a family. I’ve always worked (and not always in the fitness industry). I have housework and shopping to do. I have a REAL life. So I know what it takes to balance a real life with a sustainable approach to health and fitness.
My R28 Fitness and R28 Nutrition plans are not about 12 week pre-contest, dehydrated, sodium-loaded, fat burner-fuelled cover shoots. It’s not about spending your entire life training. It’s about making health and fitness an integrated part of your REAL life.
If I can do it then anyone else can too. All you need is the desire to make eating healthily and keeping fit a priority in your life. An hour a day, thirty minutes a day, even fifteen minutes a day of exercise, supported with a healthy diet based on whole foods, is all it takes to make steady long-term progress towards looking and feeling fantastic.
